Michelle Beckett

I am co-founder of ADHD Unlocked alongside Steph. I was diagnosed with ADHD in March 2017 aged 44 after a suicidal crisis, and many decades of struggles. I also founded the charity ADHD Action and started the All Party Parliamentary Group for ADHD. I have three daughters (24, 20 and 11) and am a single mum. I mentor and coach people restarting or changing careers to boost their confidence, as well as post-relationship breakdown. Apart from my ADHD work, I love Yorkshire Tea, politics, science, humanism, feminism, musicals and try and do lots of self care.
